Brazilian bookstore sector grew by 9,6% in 2010

According to the annual research done by the national association of bookstores (ANL, Associação Nacional de Livrarias), the Brazilian bookstore sector grew by 9,6% in 2010. The research also shows that big bookstore chains are gaining bigger market share. Despite the impressive growth figures, there is still room for further growth, according to the president of the ANL, Vitor Tavares. He reminds that 2/3 of Brazilian municipalities do not even have a bookstore yet. See more at: http://bit.ly/fpYeJ4
